Our technology harnesses artificial intelligence, specifically natural language processing (NLP). It is a voice assistant (chatbot) with a human face who can perform the appropriate action or provide the necessary information depending on the situation. For installation, simply choose a suitable location with an electrical outlet and a stable internet connection.
In the event the virtual assistant does not know the appropriate response to a question or situation, it will offer a connection with a live operator via an internal video call. The touch panel for the internal video call can be placed anywhere in the building with the connection made via a local computer network.

The product is offered in a basic variant in two versions with the possibility of adding any combination of expansion modules. The pricing is composed of a one-time payment and a recurring monthly fee. A discount is available when paying for a full year in advance. The hardware can be purchased outright or rented for a monthly fee with a minimum commitment of 6 months.
The basic product includes: hardware for either the MODULAR or COMPACT version, a basic scenario in one language, basic avatar, basic administration interface, and user support. All prices are in CZK without VAT.
